Under Trentreznor Manor

Our intrepid adventurers (really need a better name here, like ... Motley Crue or ... Breadpans ... I'm not a writer you figure it out) placed their hand on the door to Glasstaff's chaimbers and stormed in. A quick hammer to the face from Angus followed up with a scorching blast from Lykan and Glasstaff was just smoldering embers on the ground. A quick once around the room and some nice robes and some potions were theirs.

Onto the next room and no one was to be found, some scrolls, a few potions. They heard something happening in the next room and charged forward to see what was going on. Four Ruffians were playing dice and did not expect the bum rush. They proved to be more of a challenge but with a war axe from Katar, magic from Lykan, and flavor text from Angus they (eventually) sent their foes to the great beyond. A quick rifling through their pockets and now to make their way out ...

Except there was sounds of distress. Someone was humiliating a creature and they needed to be stopped. Crash goes the door and ... well ... three bugbears are making a goblin act like a dog. Not something you see everyday but right before the beatings commence the goblin faints and everyone has a nervous laugh. Angus uses his sliver tongue and convinces the bugbears that they were just there to look around and some wizard killed himself and every other person in there in a suicide pact. The bugbears divulged the location of Wave Echo Cave, then since there was no reason to really be around they went on their way.

Droop the goblin woke as Angus was about to do what he does best ... dispatch that foul greenskin (his words, not mine. Racist.). Droop offered to help them, carry things here, help them with the coming goblin patrols near Cragmaw castle, really anything to keep him alive.

Angus, Katar, and Lykan make their way out but first stop to fulfill their pact with the nothic, Glasstaff's staff (worst name ever). They recovered Talon and the body of the woodworker. Angus restored his half eaten and chewed up corpse to a much more open casket state and they made their way back to Phandalin to divide their loot, lick their wounds, and possibly store some bread.
